All virtual consultations, personalized skincare plans, and recommendations are non-refundable. Once a service has been provided—including the delivery of a customized skincare plan, product recommendations, or educational guidance—no refunds will be issued.

By booking and attending a consultation, the client acknowledges and agrees that the expertise, time, and tailored advice provided are the primary value of the service and are therefore non-refundable.

Clinical-grade products are selected carefully based on the client’s reported skin type, concerns, and history. However, allergic reactions or irritation may occur with any skincare product or ingredient.

Clients are responsible for:

• /Disclosing all known allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, and medications during the intake process and consultation.
• /Performing a patch test before fully using any new product, as recommended.
• /Consulting a qualified healthcare provider when concerned about possible allergies, reactions, medications, or medical conditions.

TheEstiEdit LLC is not liable for allergic reactions, irritation, or other adverse effects resulting from recommended products. If a reaction occurs, the client should discontinue use immediately and seek appropriate medical advice. Refunds will not be issued because of an allergic reaction, irritation, or dissatisfaction resulting from product use.

Skincare is a process, not an overnight fix. Results depend on consistency, adherence to the recommended plan, and individual biology. Results may be delayed or may not occur when a client discontinues products or does not follow the personalized plan.

TheEstiEdit LLC is not responsible for a lack of results caused by:

• /Inconsistent product use.
• /Failure to follow the recommended routine.
• /Unrealistic expectations about treatment timelines.
• /Failure to disclose relevant skin, health, medication, or lifestyle information.
• /Noncompliance with the personalized plan.

Conditions such as hyperpigmentation and acne often require weeks or months of consistent care. Refunds will not be issued because of impatience, noncompliance, or a perceived lack of results.

Although TheEstiEdit LLC strives to provide expert, science-backed recommendations tailored to each client’s reported skincare needs, no skincare plan or product can guarantee specific or 100% results.

Individual responses may vary based on factors including:

• /Skin type and existing skin conditions.
• /Diet, stress, sleep, and sun exposure.
• /Consistency and adherence to the recommended routine.
• /Environmental factors.
• /Genetic factors.

By using these services, the client acknowledges that results are not guaranteed and that progress depends partly on the client’s commitment to the process.

Clients agree to:

• /Provide accurate and complete information about their skin, medical history, medications, concerns, allergies, sensitivities, and goals.
• /Follow the personalized skincare plan as recommended.
• /Patch-test new products before full application.
• /Communicate concerns, reactions, or challenges promptly.
• /Understand that skincare results require time and consistency.
• /Seek medical care when symptoms or concerns require diagnosis or treatment from a licensed healthcare professional.

Lilibeth is a New York State Licensed Esthetician, not a physician, dermatologist, nurse, or other medical provider. Nothing shared during a consultation, in a written plan, in messages, or on this website is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or dermatological condition. Consultation services are entirely voluntary.

With your separate written consent, TheEstiEdit LLC may use zoomed-in before-and-after photographs of a specific concern area—with your face and any identifying features hidden—for educational content and marketing. Consent is opt-in, may be limited to specific images, and may be withdrawn at any time for future use by emailing info@lilitheesti.com.

Intake information and photographs are used solely to prepare and support your plan. We do not sell your personal information. Contact us for a copy of your records or a deletion request.
